Mill Piont "Island View" Condo is a private Grand River frontage unit located minuites from downtown Grand Haven, Grand Haven State Park & Hoffmaster State Park. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, one with a "Jacuzzi" tub. Sleeping accomidations includes king & queen beds, a "pullout" and a unique 3rd level loft with a double bed.
There is a Trolly available to downtown Grand Haven, the beach at the State Park and the 2 mile long Boardwalk along the river out to the Lighthouse on the pier. There is a new 2 million dollar bike/hiking path over the bridge to Grand Haven. The path continues around Spring Lake and all the way to Holland State Park. You are within walking distance to a "Brew Pub", coffee shop, restaurants and the outdoor "Tiki" lounge at the Holiday Inn.
Condo Description
Rentals begin and end Saturday to Saturday. A refundable $300 damage deposit and 50% of the rental amount is due @ booking. The remaining rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival. Total rental amount and damage deposit is due @ booking if less than 30 days prior to arrival. I addition to the rental amount a 6% tax is required.
Services
A complete kitchen with JENN-AIR electric grille, range, microwave, washer/dryer, gas grille and all linens privided. There is a phone (local calls only), wireless internet, VCR & DVD players, cable, 3 TV's & a radio/stereo system. Included in the rental is the use of the Holiday Inn (located next door) indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub & exercise room. Onsite parking includes 1 covered space and adjacent parking for quests or a extra vehicle.
