Condo Description
This is a very peaceful and quiet place to relax and unwind and refresh yourself. The newly constructed house is situated on about 35 acres and has hundreds of feet of waterfront. The view from each room overlooks the water and a peaceful bay. The fully furnished 1100 square foot space occupies the lower level of the house and includes satellite TV, complete kitchen facilities, a charcoal BBQ, coffeemaker and microwave.See website for more information.
Condo Description
The 2008 guest suite rate is $160/night and $900/week based on an occupancy of up to 6 persons (MI 6% use tax is additional). There is a two night minimum stay (three night minimum stay for Michigan Tech's Winter Carnival in February). Advanced reservations are required. A $150 deposit is required to hold the weekly reservation. Deposit will be refunded only if cancellation is made 30 days prior to stay or if that time slot is filled by someone else. Balance is due on arrival. Summer rentals are generally by the week only from Saturday to Saturday. Other times of the year, I operate as a B&B and individual room rates are available. Summer guests have use of a rowboat, a 4 person pedal boat, and a 2 person sit-on-top kayak. In the winter, there is plenty of parking space for snowmobilers that is very safe and secure.Pond stocked with Rainbow Trout and Bluegill.
