The great room has a queen-size sofa sleeper. The second full bath is conveniently located off the main living area. The enclosed front porch features a sofa. Backyard deck has a gas and charcoal grill. Large yard has lots of room for kids to play.
Kitchen and great room have new wood floors and new track lighting. All three bedrooms have new carpeting. Cable TV, Central Air-conditioning, VCR, DVD/CD Player.
