Lakefront getaway! Completely renovated one bedroom cottage, sleeps five, on 108 feet of frontage on Pine Lake. Southwestern exposure provides beautiful sunsets. Pine Lake is a 660 acre all sports lake great for fishing, boating and swimming located between Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids, 2 1/2 hours from Chicago or Detroit. The lake has a lot of character due to the four lakes connected by channels, lots of shoreline to explore! Two marinas are located on the lake and one offers pontoon rentals. Canoe is included at cottage. No smoking.Cottage Description
Season Memorial Day through Labor Day weekly $750, $125 per night with a 2 night minimumSaturday to Saturday check in 2:00pm and checkout 10:00am
Off season weekly $500, $100 per night with a 2 night minimum
Pets OK with a $100 refundable pet deposit
Cleaning deposit/fee $50. If the cottage is left the way it is found, the deposit is returned, if not it becomes a cleaning fee.
