Eagle Point Cottage is located on Clark Lake, which is South of Jackson, Mich. Eagle Point Cottage has 1 and 1/2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms that sleep up to 8 people. We feature a fully equipped kitchen and a screened front porch to enjoy the summer days of Clark Lake!Clark Lake is a great place to spend your summer vacation! The 580-acre all-sports lake offers many activities for all– water skiing, fishing, swimming, or just relaxing in the sun. There are also many great area attractions such as golf, shopping or racing at the Michigan International Speedway! There is something for everyone at Clark Lake and no better place to stay than Eagle Point Cottage!
Cottage Description
Our rental week is from Saturday to Saturday. Our rate is $1100.00 per week plus a $150.00 refundable security deposit.We require a $400 deposit to hold your reservation. A second payment of $450.00 is due April 15th. Your final payment of $400.00 is due 30 days before your stay. This payment schedule includes the $150 refundable security deposit, which will be returned after your stay providing the there is no damage to the property.
Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation has been made, if you must cancel, notify us immediately. Cancellations must be made by March 1st. The deposit will be refunded minus a $50.00 service charge. All reservations cancelled after March 1st, forfeit the entire deposit unless the cottage is re-rented for the same time period and same rate. Every effort will be made to re-rent the unit, but if it cannot be rented, the deposit will be forfeited.
